Returns
Our heart and soul goes into each and every item at Arthur Benjamin & Co, however, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your item. If 28 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do keep in mind that all clothing and hair accessories are handmade at Arthur Benjamin & Co and therefore there may be some small differences with each item and this is expected with handmade. This does not compromise on quality.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including tags and plastic, and garments must not be washed or worn.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:
- Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards
- Socks & Tights
- Hair Accessories
- Bespoke Items
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, or you need to exchange your item. Please email steph@arthurbenjaminandco.co.uk so we can contact you and begin your refund process. Thank You.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please not that you are responsible for the shipping costs of your returns.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange and item for a different size, please send us an email at steph@arthurbenjaminandco.co.uk notifying us of your exchange, fill in your returns form. Then ship the item back to us. Once we have received your return, we will then ship the new item out to you for free.
Bespoke Garments
Our Bespoke garments are handmade in the UK by Stephanie herself and bespoke, made using specific measurements for your child, and are therefore not refundable or exchangeable.
Please note: Each item is designed to your specification and truly unique, often using vintage materials and or dead stock. Therefore each item will have some variations as expected with handmade but this will never effect overall design and/or quality of the garment.
